My Story
Sightlines – dcp is now a Mornington Peninsula based firm providing, construction, design and project management services to the industry.
Through the broad experience of Brett Gallagher, Sightlines is able to provide effective and cost efficient project outcomes on budget and on time.
Brett Gallagher is a registered Building Practitioner holding both residential and commercial building Licences.
Sightlines has broad experience in the education sector providing services to many leading schools and industry regulators.
Having a passion for great design evolving from a carpentry “hands on” artisan background, sightlines delivers great outcomes for many people across a broad spectrum.

Rural Property northern NSW
Designed so as to 'float' in the paddock this house allows the owners to take in the views, the cattle to roam close, to feel as though you are outside when within. Designed to live outside still protected from the sun and heavy rains and to capture the cooling breezes
A remote property 'off the grid'.
Firbank Grammar School
Over a 10 year period Firbank Grammar has been upgrading its facilities at both the Sandringham Junior Campus and Brighton Senior Campus.
Brett Gallagher has project managed all works during these campus upgrades coordinating design teams and managing the construction of purpose specific buildings and landscapes designed by the countries leading architectural firms .
Spec Properties
Brett Gallagher provided Spec Properties with Project Manager services to construct and deliver, sell and settle four multi unit high end developments providing 240 residential apartments in the inner urban area.
